Received a funny email from a friend today and really hope google never fixes this. The directions were as follows but I've done it for you... scroll down to number twenty here.
Right! I can swim but... most likely not 3,462 miles.

2. click on "maps"
3. click on "get directions"
4. go from “wherever you are” to paris, france
5. scroll down in the directions to find what obstacles you may face.
