I continue to spread as much peace as I can and simultaneously accept that there is room for chaos and paradox.

I think humor and laughter are two of the best tools for good health, healing, insight, and growth.  Thus my favorite quote…  She/He who laughs lasts! 

SO For all of our sakes find something to laugh at (or rather with)
And grow a garden of friends, links, love, what have you…

good communicator, zaadz ambassador, writer, performing musician, gardener, good cook, military officer, compassionate mental healthcare worker, energy healer, good listener, multi-tasker, great problem solver, a calming influence, potter, an avid reader, trickster, good leader, gentle giant, quick learner, slow burner, fair and fair minded, obsessive list maker, a bridgebuilder….

Things my mind and experience lead me to believe:  
 by changing ourselves we change the world,  our thoughts and attitudes create reality as we know it,  modern technology is helping us transform to a new level of being,   everyone and every viewpoint is needed and at least partially correct and/or  no one and no one viewpoint has a corner on the “truth”,   science is proving God exists,   there’s more going on than my five senses tell me,  there’s room for chaos,  it’s worth trying,  self observation is needed in order to help others,  WHAT WE PROJECT OTHERS REFLECT,  win-win is possible, …
